Excel to PDF Troubleshooting: Cut-Off Columns and Formatting Issues

The worksheet is wider than the chosen PDF page. Switch to landscape orientation, reduce margins, narrow columns, or split the table into multiple pages.

Blank pages usually come from formatting, old values, or accidental content far outside the main table. Clear unused rows and columns, then set the print area to the real range.

Scaling may be too aggressive. A PDF that fits every column but cannot be read is not useful. Use a larger page size, landscape orientation, or split the sheet into sections.

Charts, images, and merged cells can shift when the sheet is rendered into fixed pages. Check chart anchors and avoid placing important visuals across page breaks.
