By accessing or using DocsMe and its products (PDF ME, Resume ME, ImageME, ConvertME, DevME), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Use of Services
DocsMe provides free, browser-based file tools. You may use them for personal and professional lawful purposes. You may not use the services to process illegal content, attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform, or engage in any activity that disrupts service for other users.
2. Intellectual Property
The DocsMe name, logo, and all website content (excluding files you process) are owned by DocsMe. Your files remain entirely yours — we claim no ownership over documents you create or process using our tools.
3. Privacy
Your use of DocsMe is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Most tools run entirely in your browser — your files are never uploaded to our servers. For operations requiring server-side processing, files are deleted immediately after your download.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. DocsMe does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific results for your use case.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DocsMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
