Problem: The PDF Is Still Too Large
The source may already be optimized, or a few high-resolution scans may dominate the file. Try standard compression first, then a stronger pass if the document is mainly images and does not need print-level detail.
Problem: The PDF Looks Blurry

Problem: The Upload Portal Still Rejects It
Check the portal's exact limit and whether it counts file size in MB or MiB. If the PDF is close to the limit, compress again or remove unnecessary pages before uploading.
